Dispatcher Network™

Professional dispatcher network controlling all traffic and orders across the Yetel™ system. Real-time coordination, optimization, and customer service nationwide.

What is the Dispatcher Network?

The Dispatcher Network is the operational control center for all Yetel™ marketplace activities. Staffed by trained professional dispatchers working in nationwide dispatch centers, the network receives all customer orders and coordinates their fulfillment through the most efficient assignment of available drivers, vehicles, and resources.

Unlike traditional dispatch systems that simply assign the nearest available driver, Yetel™ dispatchers use real-time data, traffic intelligence, demand prediction, and AI optimization to make strategic decisions that maximize service quality, minimize costs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Every order is an opportunity to optimize the entire network.

The Dispatcher Network works hand-in-hand with automation and AI, but human dispatchers remain central to decision-making. Complex situations, emergencies, customer disputes, and strategic optimization all require dispatcher judgment and expertise. Dispatchers are the voice of the operation—answering calls, solving problems, and ensuring every customer receives excellent service.

Traffic & Order Control

Six core capabilities enabling dispatchers to control traffic and optimize order fulfillment.

Real-Time Monitoring

Dispatchers monitor all active orders and drivers in real-time, tracking progress and identifying issues instantly

Dynamic Routing

Adjust routes in real-time based on traffic conditions, new orders, and service priorities

Demand Prediction

Use historical data and AI to predict demand patterns and pre-position resources

Driver Communication

Maintain direct two-way communication with all drivers for coordination and support

Instant Response

Respond to changing conditions, customer needs, and emergency situations in real-time

Exception Handling

Manage delays, cancellations, and exceptions with rapid problem-solving

Order Management Process

Eight-step process showing how dispatchers control every order from receipt to completion.

1

Order Reception

Customer submits order through app, phone, or web platform. Dispatcher receives and logs request immediately.

2

Order Analysis

Dispatcher analyzes order type, location, urgency, and available resources to determine optimal dispatch strategy.

3

Resource Assignment

AI system recommends available drivers/vehicles; dispatcher confirms assignment based on real-time conditions and priorities.

4

Route Optimization

Dispatcher calculates optimal route considering traffic, multiple orders, driver preferences, and service level targets.

5

Driver Notification

Driver receives assignment with route, customer info, and service details through mobile app and radio communication.

6

Real-Time Tracking

Dispatcher monitors order progress, tracks vehicle location, and maintains communication with driver and customer.

7

Service Completion

Driver confirms completion; dispatcher verifies service quality and updates customer. Order settlement and payment processing.

8

Performance Analysis

Dispatcher reviews metrics, customer feedback, and performance data to optimize future operations.
